It’s that time of year again! Pumpkin spice EVERYTHING, apple cider, cardigans, crunchy leaves, beautiful colors, and…germs. So many germs. Let’s FALL into Wellness though! With the help of essential oils. Let’s make some more Pinterest Fail-Proof recipes, and tap into our inner Fall loving selves, and do this thang!!! You ready?

Autumn Spice Room Spray :
Let’s skip the store bought crapola. I know, I know…the commercials make it seem amazing! I get it. I used to have a house full of them. But, then I learned that they are full of artificial fragrances, with God knows what in it. Things that make me sneeze and my head start hurting almost instantly. Yet, we willingly sprayed it into the air, inhaling it, and let it land on ALL of the surfaces that we touch. Then, BOOM…it’s being absorbed into our bloodstreams. Pass, ya’ll. Pass. No hormone disruptors for us!

Diffuser Recipe
5 drops Cinnamon Bark
1 drop Clove
1 drop Nutmeg

OR

4 drops Cardamom
2 drops Orange
1 drop Cinnamon Bark
1 drop Clove

Autumn Spice Sugar Scrub
The change in weather usually dries out my skin. Sugar scrubs are incredibly easy to make, and help a ton! Splash some water on your legs, feet, arms, wherever. And then take some of the sugar mixture and exfoliate. Rinse well afterwards.

  • Grab a pretty glass container
  • Fill it with some white OR brown sugar
  • Add a couple squirts of coconut oil into it, and stir until you get a wet sand consistency
  • Add 5 drops Orange essential oil
  • 5 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil
  • 5 drops Clove essential oil

Happy Oil Roller
I friggin LOVE Fall. But, the increase in overcast weather can sometimes bring me down. Happy Roller to the rescue though. I like to roll this over on my heart and wrists daily.

Seasonal Roller
Anyone else get the sniffles when the seasons change? My kid does! We roll this over her chest daily.

  • 10ml Glass Oil Roller
  • 5-10 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 5-10 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 5-10 drops Lavender essential oil
  • Fill with carrier oil
  • Bonus : add 3 drops each of these oils into your favorite diffuser and reap the benefits too!

Wellness Roller :
Andddd the germs. A big ole pass on those. Let’s support our wellness though, and roll this recipe on the bottoms of our feet daily.

Wellness Tea
This is my favorite to drink when my throat starts feeling a little scratchy. Or, if I’m hanging around someone that the germs hit.
